Book a ConsultationTo kick things off, you'll have an on site meeting with our Director Justin Andrews. This is where design ideas are discussed and the project brief is developed. We take the time to listen to your exact requirements and develop a brief tailored for your custom dream home.
Abode Construction and our design team will walk you through the process of translating your ideas into a custom design concept, we will then prepare your custom home drawings and plans to obtain the required building and development approval permits. Then, if required we work on interior design to create a space that is suited perfectly to your families lifestyle.
Once the design has been approved by both yourself and local council and everyone is happy with the design, we then get started on the build, while keeping you fully informed along the way through access to our project management application and on site visits as frequently as you'd like (weekly, monthly etc).
We're all about making sure you are over the moon with your custom built home, even after we finish construction. We offer 12-month inspections and 6.5 years of warranty coverage for structural issues, so there's no worries if anything goes wrong in the future! We're here to help.
